When you are pitching about your network marketing business keep in mind what it is you are really selling to the prospective lead. You are not selling the presentation and you are not really selling the company or program. There is one thing the new potential member is interested in and only one thing. He or she is interested in how your business will transform their lives.
Nobody signs up to build a MLM business because they like the product, they could just by it from you and be done. No body signs because of how big the company is or how long it has been in business. If you are really slick, you may get a few people to sign up by polishing your presentation but these people will not stick around and they certainly won’t help you to build your organization.
The business builders will join you only if you can show how your opportunity will transform their lives. When pitching a prospect remember it has nothing to do with the presentation and it has all to do with showing how the plan will transform their life from where they are to where they want to be. If you can’t articulate how the business will change your prospect’s life for the better then you will not have a successful conversion. Focus on what the opportunity will bring to them, not on what the opportunity is.
Everybody is mostly interested in one thing. Themselves. In order to be successful with MLM leads you must approach the entire talk from their perspective and not yours. Use word pictures to help them see how joining you and your business can get them the life they have always dreamed of. Don’t talk about making money, talk about taking the trip to Italy, or the new bass fishing boat, or getting out of the apartment and buying their own house.
The presentation is never about the talk it is only about giving the MLM lead a view of the transformation the program can bring to his or her life.
